Kurt is going back to work at 5:00 am so as I am typing he is giving Jacob his last bottle. From now on he's my baby. One problem though, he doesn't like it when I give him a bottle, and he doesn't like for me to rock him to sleep. He WILL let me feed him food though. Go figure.
So tonight at 1:00 am and 5:00 am Jacob and I will either be bonding or fighting. Sherrill is the backup plan. Oh, another thing, every time Jacob gets up, Bella (the dog) has to go out to pee.
Now, have YOU ever carried a dog out in the middle of the night to pee? This will be an experience!
Christy is hanging in there. She tried cutting her dosage of medicine this morning so she wouldn't be so sleepy, but the jerking was so bad she had to take the regular dose. She did go to Walmart though with Sherrill, Kurt, and the kids. That was probably NOT the best idea!

If it was me, the best present for Christy would be to start weaning Jacob and Bella @ the same time! That will make it easier for her in the long run.

Yes, Jacob does wake up bella, and while she is awake she remembers she needs to pee.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the walmart trip.......Christy is kind of like a car runing almost on empty. If she goes out walking or is up alot, she runs out of energy. It just zaps all of her strength. Kind of like if you had the flu and tried to get out and cut the grass. Once she is weak again, then tremors start and she is back in bed again. I don't understand why they didn't put her on bed rest.
I read somewhere that bed rest was the trick! That it helped it to run its course quicker?
ReplyDeleteIt's IMPOSSIBLE keeping Christy in her bed. Her phone rings constantly, the kids are fussing or crying, there's just too much activity in the house. Jacob has just gone down for a quick cat nap before lunch, and Catherine is in time out for playing in the water in the bathroom. Time out for her consists of sitting on her bed watching tv. Sounds strange, but she really feels like she is being punished.
