Just Another Week

Well, just another week at the McKeel House!
From last weekend until Wednesday, Sherrill thought he was dying from a stomach virus.
Just another episode of spreading out on the bathroom floor, moaning and groaning most of the night.
He did finally go and get some meds. One good thing though, I got a few nights off from cooking.
He is better now and getting ready to head out of town next week. So, if you have a few minutes
any evening next week, give him a call. I am sure he will talk your ear off!

It's ALL OVER! ! ! !

Whew! It's finally all OVER!
Complain, complain, complain. You all know how much I HATE the tax season.
Sherrill watches the numbers on Turbo Tax for amount owed, and just keeps repeating......."It's GOT to be lower than that!"
This year I just "did it", not telling him any numbers. Then took HIS checkbook, wrote out the checks, and all he had to do was sign them.  That resulted in a lot LESS screaming and crying!
He carried them off to mail them today! YES, my work is done until next year.

I first sent the text to Christy and Kathy..........
They weren't too concerned. Then Kat sent a shortened version to Mandy and James....
THEN Kat decided Wendy and Cindy needed to be involved.
Now, you must know, we are NOT allowed to call Kat at work, and very seldom does she text.....
But when the boss is away, the little Kat will play! !!
Kelli, we didn't mean to leave you and Chris out....... there was just TOO much going on!
There are even more when Wendy and Cindy joined in!
The pictures are animated, so that added to the excitement!

A Very Good Day for Genealogy!

I received a message today telling me that I was related to a particular person through a person names
"Chief Taminad Firekiller".  Now, this was news to me!

So Christy, the lady we connect to is through our "Hutto" line. But this man is Cherokee.

How does this person fit in? We have some research to do ! ! !
