Kids and Bell Peppers

The kids went out in the back yard to play yesterday. Someone came in and reported that they were picking the bell peppers. Sherrill goes out to see what is going on, and Carter tells him that Meghan and Lauren picked all the bell peppers. He told them that he wasn't going to take them walking with him and Jack. Carter was getting ready to go walking with him, then he confessed he's the one that threw them against the barn and busted them open. So, he had to stay behind too! That little Carter, he keeps everyone straight. They just picked the peppers last week and brought them in the house, and I explained to them to let them grow and get big. Oh well, guess we won't have any more peppers this year!
