What about deposit AND rent do you not understand.
Oh sure, pay deposit THIS week, then RENT next week.
Duh, have you thought about lights, water, cable, garbage pickup, FOOD!?!?!
You do realize rent will be due again in 30 days?
Oh, you need ME to sign a receipt to show YOU live in the school district.....BEFORE you pay rent?!
Why do I even do this stuff? Our previous tenant has called three times wanting to move back in. At least she did pay on time.
Tomorrow I meet with the new tenants. This should be very interesting.
Oh yeah, I meet with the insurance adjustor too. Another story for another day.
