Is it REALLY expired? ? ?

I'm fixing a roast for dinner today, and am out of my regular cream of mushroom soup and Lipton onion soup mix. So I dig in the pantry closet, looking for substitutes. Is a can of 2007 Beef Broth REALLY expired? I looked at it, smelled it, but decided in the long run to pour it down the drain. So, back to the basics, salt, pepper, a few spices, onions, potatoes, and carrots.

Meghan saw me with the carrot peeler and wanted to give it a try. So, I gave her a potato, and the peeler, and off she went. She still doesn't believe she can make a FRENCH FRY out of that potato!
