Friday when Lauren, Carter, and Izzy came over we decided to plant some flower seeds. Sherrill and Meghan had gone to the Dollar Store a few days ago and Meg had picked her out some. Every morning when I would go in her room, she would be in bed , clutching those seeds in her hands. First we had to go to the back yard and find all the old flower pots. We dumped all the dirt and potting soil into a five gallon bucket, along with all the worms, bugs, and spiders and stirred it up. Everyone picked them out a pot, filled it up, and carried it to the front yard. Everyone selected the flower seeds they wanted, and planted them by themselves. Then came time to water. Sprinkle, sprinkle, drown, drown. Seth wasn't here for all the excitement, but we still have his seeds to plant. He still has his cabbage plant growing in the back yard too!
