After researching, I have decided that our little snake was what they call a yellow rat snake, or chicken snake. They are supposed to be docile. Guess James never gave her the opportunity.
When I looked up the yellow rat snake, it said that is alot of times peoples PETS! I hope someone's pet snake didn't get loose!!!
