Sherrill went for his eye check-up last week. It has been a few months since his surgery, and not much had been improving. But this visit yielded pretty good results. The pressure behind his eyes have decreased in both eyes.
I was a little concerned when he took the eye test. Normally he can see better than me, but this time I could see some of the ones he had missed. But, she said his vision was 20/20 Minus 2. So the old man still has one "good" eye. He didn't see the surgeon that did the surgery, but one of his students.
She was good though and reminded him to wear safety glasses when he works.
One of the reasons of my concern was he had to take in a form from the DMV to see if he still qualifies for him to get his license. This test he passed. but in three months he has to redo his visual field test where he clicks a button every time he sees a light blink. If he doesn't have good peripheral
they won't let him get his license. We will just have to wait and see how the Dr filled out the form!
